With sampling and food analysis inextricably linked, good sampling practice forms an essential part of quality analytical measurement.

Using trained sampling personnel and comprehensive field management information systems, we have many years experience sampling a variety of food products, from bulk consignments on site to individual retail packs on retail sale.

To obtain a representative sample, we follow the complete sampling operation through, from formulating an individual sampling plan to meet both clients' parameters and characteristics of the product, to providing all documentation and databases relating to the sampled product and finally transporting to any designated laboratory.

Audit trail verification details and digital imaging can be provided for any sample along with secure temperature controlled storage and transportation facilities if necessary.
